The gazetted text names only motorized VDS (apparecchi a motore per il volo da diporto o sportivo); DPR 133/2010 art. 2 lett. d) defines the unpowered apparecchio per il volo libero (hang glider/paraglider) as a separate, unnamed category. No takeoff-site-permission detail is published for this subgroup, unlike the Trentino provincial floor.

Civil and military aircraft, engined ultralight/microlight (VDS) apparatus and helicopters may not fly over this area (Provision art. 11 Law n. 394 of 6 December 1991; ENAV AIP ENR 5.6.1.6, official English translation). No flight restriction applies to unpowered hang gliders and paragliders within this area, which DPR 133/2010 art. 2 classifies separately as apparecchio per il volo libero, and the overflight is allowed.
