Der Zeitbezug der Veröffentlichung ist UTC: 2300 UTC ist 00:00 Uhr Ortszeit im Winter und 01:00 Uhr Ortszeit im Sommer. Sichtflug zeigt das Ende ganzjährig um 01:00 Uhr Ortszeit an, im Winter also eine Stunde länger als veröffentlicht. Die Aktivierung erfolgt per NOTAM; Informationen dazu sind ab 1300 (1200) UTC, also ab 14:00 Uhr Ortszeit, beim AIS-C erhältlich. Nach Koordination wird die obere Begrenzung auf FL 100 angehoben. Dies wird durch NOTAM bekanntgemacht. After coordination the upper limit will be raised to FL 100. This will be announced via NOTAM.
